1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Highness Scholar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. The service

Highness Scholar, provided by Highness Global Nexus Ltd, offers research and study tools including an AI research assistant, library, bookmarks, dictionary, and calculator features. Premium plans unlock additional functionality.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials, PIN, and device secure. You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to upload unlawful content, infringe on others' intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. AI-generated content

The AI Research Assistant provides suggestions, summaries, and drafts to support your work. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it academically.

6. Subscriptions

Premium features are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
